First Response Heating and Cooling

At first the responded quickly, and “Apparently” fixed the job. after 3 days I used my A/C again and same problem happened. I went to see by myself what could ve wrong and I found the issue, which was their terrible work execution. I called them back, they said will come to fix it, but never happened, and never responded the phone. Not recomended

We became First Response customers this past month, we had our units serviced and tuned up for the season. We had some issues with it after 2 weeks, that lead to flooding in our attic. But, the owner Mark and his service tech manager Phil came out and handled our issue with such professionalism. Phil had such a great (bed side manner) to this upset momma. He explained everything in stupid terms for me to understand. They fixed the problem from top to bottom. This is exactly how small business owners should run their business, because it’s not easy and being an irrational customer does not help. I highly recommend them to any one. I will continue to be a customer . Thank you Mark and Phil.

Excellent experience with this company. Office staff are very helpful; the Technician was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The technician Hunter that did my Spring check up was just the most helpful, accommodating and extremely nice young man! He waited 15 min for me to get home, as I forgot about a timely important errand! He took his time, answered my questions and I felt at ease with him in my home! I will actually ask for Hunter by name to do my Fall check up as well!

We became new customers of First Response in November of 2023 when they installed a whole new system in our house. We have had a couple of issues to resolve along the way, and we've been helped by courteous reps who really know their stuff. We were impressed by their technician Bruce, who just solved an item for us that needed special attention; he was methodical and left no stone unturned. Our other service item was solved by their service manager Phil, who is also very knowledgeable and experienced. Their employees will not leave your home until things are up and running smoothly. We are so glad we joined up with First Response. From the salesman who came out to our house to show us our options, to their quick and efficient handling of the two service issues we've had, we couldn't be happier.

Technician was very thorough inspecting our heat pump and advising us if anything was wrong. He was very congenial. We had a really good experience. Look forward to continuing business with them.
