I came home from out of town to find my second floor ac panel dead. They were able to send someone over within an hour and quickly diagnose the issue. Thomas was extremely professional and was able to get my ac back up and running asap. Highly recommend their serviceReport

I cannot say enough good about them. Called at 1:28pm and I was back up and rolling by 3:36pm!!! Hunter was absolutely amazing and walked me through what to check to see what the issue was and then came out and had me back up and rolling very fast! 100% recommend. Hunter you are amazing. First Response is a very trusted, responsive company. We bought our HVAC a few years ago from a different company and have experienced some issues. We called First Response to come fix it instead and there were able to cut the lead time in half and gave us a year of a maintenance plan for free. We just renewed our maintenance plan as we were happy with their support. Highly recommend!!Report

We had a tech come out yesterday. He charged us $1100 (to change out a capacitor and place some freon into our system). Our A/C is still not working at all. He told us it would be $1500 MORE (plus additional charges to search for a leak) to come back for a filter to be replaced today. RIDICULOUS PRICES and we are still sweating!Report

Wonderful gentlemen, efficient workers, very clean from beginning to end, and helped me learn everything I needed to know about my new system. The salesman Rob Pennington was equally wonderful. Absolutely terrible company! We had been with a previous fantastic company (for over 20 years with an existing service contract) that was taken over abruptly by First Response. Originally having been told our contract would remain the same, we called for service and was then told that was not the case. We called multiple times to attempt to receive service (over the course of many days) and we were ignored with no response - this during a heat wave and no working AC! Definitely not a way to gain (or keep) loyal customers. Thankfully another local company was more than willing to come to the rescue and do the job that First Response should have done.Report
