My experience with Clyde, Mike, and Eddie was phenomenal. The entire process was quick and easy to understand. We had gone to three other dealers before coming here and were treated so different we almost did not buy a car. These guys understand what I wanted and what I needed. Even worked with the bank to get me what i wanted to pay.

Went to this dealership with the intent to purchase a pre-owned car. My husband took the car for a test drive and noticed quickly there may be a problem. The car was shaking and the check engine light was on. Clyde was by his side and witnessed this as well. They came back to the dealership and Clyde stated he would take the car to the car model's dealership to check it out. Carlos was somehow made aware of the issue and instead of saying something reassuring basically indicated this was not an issue or a big deal. His mannerisms making comments like "I don't car if you buy this car or not" and arguing with my husband was so surreal. As a customer- al he did was bring an issue to the dealers attention prior to making an investment. We drove 2.5hrs to get to this dealership only to have one if not the worst customer service experience to date. I will never buy a car from this dealership. When a problem is noted in their lot and brought to their attention- the response was complete disregard. I am glad this occurred because had this happened on our way home or shortly after purchase- this dealership would not have taken responsibility. Of more concern is the rudeness. No one should be disrespected as my husband and I were that day.
