Last Friday, April 4th, I went to the car dealership in Ferman de Welly Chapel. What a huge disappointment I was. First, the salesman, with his lack of experience, tried his best to help me very well; but the numbers didn't add up; it wasn't what I wanted. Then the famous boss of the used car dealership arrived. Not wanting me to leave the place, he offered me that his finance person would offer me a better deal. By now, I had waited almost two hours. After 45 minutes of waiting, I was desperate and asked the salesman if the new offer was available. He went to check and ohhhh, what a surprise! Everyone had left for a meeting and no one gave any reason. The salesman was speechless, and I left the place. Three hours later, they sent me a text proposal. I was surprised to see the same numbers, but they extended the credit from 72 months to 86. What a shame! I really don't recommend this place at all. Oh, and the car I went to see was dirty and in very bad condition. How sad! I wasted a good part of the afternoon.
It must be that they sell a lot of cars and really have no respect for their customers.
Was better ask for a new car, maybe they give me more attention.

We had a great experience purchasing our brand new 2025 Jeep at Ferman’s. I can see how they’ve been awarded for exceptional customer service. Every employee was extremely welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate Antonio our sales consultant and John in finance. They were both easy to work with, easy to talk to and really worked hard to helped us get into the car we wanted within the budget we had set for ourselves with no issues. I have no complaints and will recommend Ferman’s to all my friends and family.

Bob Cooper and his team at Ferman Jeep Service are the best! I have been taking my vehicles there for over ten years; and have always received excellent service. They are honest, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Awful dealership. I will never understand why auto dealerships make the process so difficult and not customer friendly. This place exemplifies the “Entitled” culture we live in. The would charge you for the gum that stuck in your shoe if they could. Stay away.
