He got my sister into an exceptionally nice and affordable SUV then handed her off to another nice gentleman named Dan, the finance guy😁 He's so awesome. I just really love this place. My experience at this dealership was nothing short of fantastic! I went in with low expectations due to my rough credit history and was more than pleasantly surprised. My Salesman Ty Begay was awesome! He understood my credit issues, listened to my wants and with the help of the Sales Manager Daniel O’Connor, I left with a newer, nicer, lower mileage vehicle than I even thought possible! Not to mention an outstanding warranty (Thanks for hooking me up Sean!) They even stayed after close on a Saturday in a blizzard to make this deal happen! Honestly I have mixed feelings about the service we were given. They had our car well over a month. The battery died probably because no one went out to start it. It was dropped off early December and wasn't looked at until the first week of January then it needed a part that didn't come until later that month. So of course the battery died if no one went out there to start it during freezing temperatures. I googled it the battery for that car or any battery would last 3 to 5 years however I'm convinced that it would not have died had it been started at least a few times a week during the coldest times of the month that they had it. Then I was given an attitude when I didn't want to pay the price for a battery at Kia. And I still got a cheaper battery elsewhere that was put in for me by Zack a manager at Kia when we picked the car up. He was very helpful if it wasn't for him the car wouldn't have been looked at in the first place because again it sat there for a whole month before anyone looked at it. however the overall experience was strange to say the least. My mom's getting older so I speak on her behalf when it comes to certain things especially the car she hasn't taken care of it. The car needed a tune-up and a oil change. It still needs more work I'd like to take it back there however I don't know. She definitely did not like the dealership that she purchased it at which was midtown Kia. It's nice to go to the dealership however when you've got too many cars to work on what is one to do? You want the business We want the service but you've got to be fair. Being the battery died at your dealership she should have at least been offered a discount for a new battery. But none was given and that's fine I'm not going to be a Karen about it. The dealership staff was very professional and friendly. They all helped make this process as simple as possible. Kyle went above and beyond to help my husband and I get into two new Subarus for the both of us. He was happy to show us any vehicle we were interested in and give all the details to each one. He also stayed very late as this was a lengthy process for purchasing two vehicles. He is by far the best salesman I’ve ever worked with and I will use him again in the future.
