Building post frame confidence in the Midwest for Agriculture, Commercial, Equine, and Suburban buildings for over 60 years.

FBi Buildings was founded in 1958 by Edwin Bahler. Since then we have built more than 20,000 post frame buildings (or pole barns as our customers like to call them). Known initially as Farm Builders, we primarily focused on serving the agricultural market.

When the demand for post frame started to grow, we realized that we needed to expand our business. Over time, we started building more commercial, residential, and equine buildings. We also started seeing a demand for building repairs and renovations, and have our very own crews dedicated to serving that market.

The Farm Builders name eventually became outdated and we re-marketed ourselves as FBi Buildings. Over 60 years have passed, and we are currently under the leadership of the founder's son, Ed Bahler, carrying on a proud tradition of family values.
