The service advisor Jimmy Soto was very professional, friendly and accommodating. He patiently answered all my questions and explained what needed to be done in detail even though they were super busy that day when I brought the car in unexpectedly (had a non-repairable flat tire that noon). The price of the new tire and labor cost was competitive (I asked other shops as well). The waiting area at the service center was clean and comfortable with free refreshments and bottles of soda, tea, juice and water in the fridge. Overall I was very happy with my experience at Farrish Subaru in Fairfax VA.Report

Excellent experience at Farrish Subaru’s collision center! Jimmy Soto was candid and helpful after my Subaru Outback was involved in a fender bender. While other local shops quoted hundreds more, Farrish gave me a fair price and top-quality repair. Jimmy also connected me with reasonably priced detailing, which was a great bonus. I highly recommend their team for both repairs and service!Report
