Got a good deal on the car, but oil changes have been over an hour every time. Last time it was over an hour and a half.Report
They called me a couple years later and asked me to change this review claiming 'they weren't the same staff'. I asked the manager who called if they were removing all of their 5 star reviews as well because they aren't the same people. We promptly got into a yelling match where it was my fault for leaving a bad review and the person couldn't understand why they should remove all the good reviews too.
