Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

The service has been great with the purchase of my Jeep.

Please do yourself a favor and don't go waste your money there. They try to rip people off. I bought an after market running board and called them to give me a quote on how much I would be charged. The guy quoted me $400 for the installation. The instructions on the part calls for an hour of labor. After he quoted me that ridiculous price I called different Jeep dealerships and was able to get a deal for the installation. I used to take my car there for maintenance but now I refuse to give them another dime. I am so glad I purchased my Jeep at Lindsey. I live around the corner from them but I'll drive to Manassas to give them my money.

Good evening Ms. Garcia. My name is Andrew Morris and I am the service manger here at Farrish Jeep. I am sorry that our prices were not agreeable with you. Although on your after market running board directions they may have stated it only takes about an hour we have found through experience that they can take up to 3 and 4 hours for install. Instead of charging by the hour we have a standard fee of $400 for running board installation. We did not try to 'rip you off' but give you up front pricing when you called. I hope that you were able to find the price you were looking to pay for install and wish you well moving forward.

I've had multiple bad experiences at this service center. They have never delivered on time. They do not communicate service updates. It took a week to get a simple rotor and pad replacement appointment. I dropped my truck off the night before for a 7am appointment and they did not get to it same day. I'll have to make arrangements for a second day to get to and from work. I want to use genuine Mopar parts for my Ram, but will need to research better local alternatives for service. This place constantly disappoints.

Hey Craig, I am embarrassed to hear about your experience. However, I was looking through our records and and it appears you have not been to our service lane you Ram for almost 2 years. I've been coming to Farrish since Nov. 2020. This is where I purchased my first jeep, from the service department to sales I can't express enough how great these guys are. In addition, I recently traded in my jeep compass and I must say Mohammad K. was great, patience, and got me the deal that worked best for me. If you are looking for someone who is not only informative but will work with you it is Mohammad!

Fefe Njeck was great to work with for buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. After looking for a few weeks, Farrish seemed to have the best deal within 500 miles of me. I even looked at their other vehicles online such as the grand Cherokee L, and they had the best prices around. Fefe did a great job communicating with me and keeping everything in order. I was coming from Raleigh NC, so it took some planning to get there. They were able to work with me on financing since I had to sell my current vehicle to purchase this one. They were able to keep the amount of time I was without a vehicle at a minimum. Their financing team is great here and will work with your current situation.

I was able to purchase my vehicle, get financing, and get a great deal without having to be there. I was able to get all the features I wanted and more for a great price. The day of purchasing my vehicle they had informed me we can work something out so I can get the vehicle earlier than expected. I was on a flight that day to the dealership! They were ready for me when I got there and I only had to sign a few papers. This took a little longer than expected due to a system change. This didn't bother me at all since the car was great and I was excited to drive it home!

If you're planning on buying a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Ram, definitely reach out to this dealership. No matter where you are in the country, it will be worth it! Thank you Farrish and Fefe!!

I don't understand how this place has a 4.9 rating. Now I am only rating their service department. They had my jeep for eight days. When they contacted me to pick up my jeep they never provide the service that I asked them to. I was told I could leave my jeep and they would sit there and do the service sometime next week. Contacted the service manager Andrew Morris he was very rude. Don't waste your time taking your car to be serviced at Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram.

Mrs. Diaz, we have a 4.9 Google rating because we do take great care of clients and do what we can when we can. We appreciate you leaving your husbands experience but I am sure there may be a few items you left out. I do not condone people coming to our place of business and cursing and beliting at all our employees to the point where our service advisor went home because of the way your husband spoke to him.
