This dealership has been the worst car buying experience ever. The original salesmen, (Craig Bucknell) knew nothing of the vehicle we were looking at and couldn't explain anything about the questions we were asking. He looked more of the part of a mechanic, dressed like a mechanic, acted like a mechanic. There was no charging cord in the jeep and he stated he was going to go find it, never came back with it. We couldn't come together on a deal so we proceeded to leave and on the way out the door he stated "go sell your jeep on marketplace and see what you get for it". After some research we went back the next day and demanded a different salesman. We was given Brandon Bechtel to deal with and he was nice to begin with. He stated he was going to see the guy who did the intake maintenance on the jeep we were looking at to get the charging cord. He came back without it but stated "he'll find it". Ben Herold( Sales manager) also stated the cord was not apart of the deal and if we didn't like it we could bring the jeep back. At no time during our encounter did anyone tell us the charging cord was not apart of the deal. Never again will we purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We received no copy of any of the paperwork we signed other than the temporary registration. All the papers we signed with Brandon we did not receive and was told they'll email us the finance papers and we can e-sign them. After we receive a charging cord from the dealership we will sign the finance paperwork. We will be filing this with the Faricy owners, ENT credit union. The cord will be delivered to my house, I will not return to that store.

No Ben Herold has not resolved this.

We had a wonderful experience with Faricy Boys Ford. Brandon was a great communicator, keeping us up to date every step of the way. The financing team was no pressure, the process only took a few minutes. We walked a way with a quality truck we are thrilled with. We would highly recommend and we will be back again!

The sales department was great. But the service department was not. I scheduled a visit because engine light would come on and off. While I was at work. I sent my wife with the truck for the appointment to drop it off. Then the service manager started questioning her whats wrong with the truck. As if she was the dealership mechanic or tech. She repeated parts of what she remembers me saying about possibly having gotten bad fuel since its an emissions code. So tech writes it off as user error. in report then says its not covered by warranty after they cleared the error codes. continues to charge us $110, for service. And tells me that I should only use premium fuel when using the truck. I will say they did lend her a car for the whole 40mins the truck sat in their lot.

Update- After a conversation with the service manager, I scheduled a second visit to see if it was a recall update issue with the PCM. Techs found the pcm was up to date. Wasn't charged this time.

Best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. The sales staff are friendly, knowledgeable and do not pressure you into getting anything.

Our salesman, Johnny, was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, pleasant and patient as we worked through our F150 purchase. He and the Sales Manager, John, were excellent to work with. Both were very personable. We plan to continue using Faricy Ford for all our future sales and service!

The team worked together to make the experience as quick and seamless as possible. Also, the car came in with moisture in a tail light and they ordered it immediately and replaced it within a week under warranty. Craig, our salesperson, is knowledgeable and helped us to complete the purchase in a manner that respected our time and that left us with a positive impression.

Great experience! I purchased my vehicle from another dealership, but it had issues. Called The Faricy Boys Ford and could not have asked for better service. They offered a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair, on top of that they offered a pick up and delivery service. They dropped the loaner off at my house and picked up my vehicle. And delivered it back to me when the repairs were complete. The service manager Cody was very knowledgeable and helped make the experience very easy and stress free. The service advisors were also polite and professional. The technician found the issues quickly and was very accurate with repairs. I can not recommend them enough! Great service department!
