Dr. Elizabeth Perez Diaz received her degree in 1988 at the University of Universidad Autonóma de Santo Domingo, in the Dominican Republic. She continued her studies in the United States when she was accepted into the Advanced Standing Program at Nova Southeastern University, graduating in year 2000.

Dr. Perez maintains memberships in many dental organizations, some of which include The American Dental Association, The Florida Dental Association, and The West Coast Dental Association.
