Our new jeep wouldn’t start had flat bed towed here. Dealt with Joell in service who was super professional and caring . We are all fixed picking up this afternoon. Made me feel confident in diagnosis and fix. Nice to deal with when super stressed because your car is down .Report
My wife & I purchased a vehicle from MattBlatt recently. I was at the dealership for 5.5 hours. The vehicle we wanted was delayed coming in due to something with the body shop. We understand things happen. It stinks it was delayed but oh well. When the vehicle came in, we came down and purchased it with cash. We were through finance within 1.5 hours and I thought we would be smooth sailing within a half hour. Boy was I wrong. I waited an additional 4 hours for the dealership to prepare the vehicle. Apparently there was a miscommunication with the managers, technicians and sales representative. I was the last to find out any updates and had to repeatedly ask for updates. It was a very long, very slow waiting situation. If I had not already paid for the vehicle outright, I would have left. One would think that paying for a vehicle straight up would make the process significantly shorter. It does not at MattBlatt. One would also think that if it takes 4 hours to get the vehicle ready, it would be sufficiently detailed. It was not. Lastly, when I finally was able to speak with the manager about everything, he assured me the owner, Ken, would toss something in for me to make my overlong stay worth my while and speak with me. The owner never stopped by and did not provide anything to make up for my terribly long waiting game. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from MattBlatt. The ONLY reason they are getting two stars instead of one is because the staff were always courteous and professional. Outside of that, the clear lack of communication is a representation of the leadership at MattBlatt.Report

Had a wonderful experience today getting into a new vehicle after dealing with so many issues with my prior vehicle. CJ made the process so smooth and they really worked with me to help me out! In and out in less than 3 hours which was a car buying first for me! Thank you CJ!Report

Parts department just puts you on hold and never answers the phone. Been on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up.Report
