Fairway Subaru

Purchased a used car in early January and was told that they saw no problems and it passed their inspection for sale. Have had nothing but problems out of it since. Brought it to the dealership where they replaced 1/4 ignition coils and “fixed” the problem. Brought to another mechanic where they found the Check Engine light had been disabled and a slew of other mechanical problems that will cost over $3000 to fix. Being a Subaru dealership, I trusted that this team would do their due diligence in inspecting their cars thoroughly before selling. Instead, I was sold a money pit and a safety hazard.

Brandon Lee was such a nice, good, young man to deal with on my recent purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and attentive to my needs. I would definitely recommend requesting him with assistance on any vehicle need. He went way above and beyond my expectations after the process was started. I was relieved to know there are good people like him in the business.

I tell you what- this is hands down the best car buying experience I have EVER had. The folks over here are so personable, kind and knowledgeable about the products they are selling (shout out to Jacob, Levi and Evan! Thank you so much for all of your help!) I am absolutely in love with the my vehicle and they made the entire process stress free and very enjoyable. I cannot recommend this place enough, from the stress free environment to their recycling program to their service dept- this dealership is absolutely amazing. Thank you all so much!

I had an excellent purchasing experience with Subaru Crosstrek! Sales Shuan offered a transparent and competitive price for the new vehicle. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the sales consultant, Dan Ballard, who was extremely helpful in explaining my questions towards the new Starlink and Eyesight technology. The respectful treatment as a customer stood out, especially after a previous unpleasant experience with a Toyota salesperson who added significant markup for a Corolla. I'm writing this comment to express my appreciation for their outstanding service. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my classmates for their vehicle purchases!
