Joseph was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. He spent time showing us the various models, explaining the differences. After checking out other car brands, we did buy a Subaru and love it. The only negative with the dealership is parking. Of course it is in the heart of Greenville with no room for expansion.

If I could give 0 stars, then I would. The financial sales representative is only interested in warranties and making money on Subaru loans. If they do not make enough money, then forget your paperwork being handled. I will never come back to any Fairway dealer and may never buy another Subaru again.

The rudest service department there is. If you're not in warranty don't bother. They don't answer, don't call back, and when you go in person they don't listen. I'm extremely frustrated with their service advisor that thinks a dead battery can magically charge itself in 5 hours. LOL and UGH. Hopefully their mechanic can figure it out. I'll update later.
And the update is that after my 2nd trip there in one day, it was a loose battery terminal. Had they looked at it properly the first time I would not have had to lose four hours of work and come back a second time.

I’ve purchased many vehicles both new and used from different dealerships in different states, Decided to get a 2024 suburu forester premium after a ton of research on multiple brands, Looking for a specific Gray exterior with black cloth interior, I found one heading to fairwaysubaru and decided to inquire. I started Emailing Jeff Smith the sales manager (because I won’t spend hours and hours inside the dealership, in a total of three Emails, no teeth pulling, he gave me the price I was aiming for that saved me a decent amount and still gave the dealer a profit, and believe it when I say my research into prices both invoice and msrp was intensive, so the final price (out the door) left me feeling good, and the sales associate Grover Fitzgerald that helped me finish the sale was just as amazing, helpful, funny and knowledgeable, answering and explaining every piece of paper involved, making sure the car was presented looking pristine in and out (I know a new car should,lol)( washed it while I was filling out paperwork, and showed me where to and when to go to the service area for when or if I need any work done, Really felt like sitting with a friend and not like I was just another sale to him, I’ve always gone into the dealerships i’ve used previously with all the information needed to haggle like crazy and have the usual back and forth “I’ll talk to my manager” conversations, this experience flipped the experience, getting a great offer at the very start. And to top off the already wonderful interactions was the finance officer Levi Rejonis , While he did go through all the add ons available (various protections/plans) it didn’t feel at anytime like he was trying to confuse me into purchasing anything offered, and I’ve dealt with some that have felt very shady and have walked away from a few deals because of the finance persons attitude, but Levi ,like Grover and Jeff felt so relaxed and friendly, he had me out of his office the fastest i’ve ever been while explaining all paperwork and final numbers easily , making every paper and number involved understandable, if you’ve never sat in the finance office before you actually feel at ease with Levi and not on the defensive. Saying I highly recommend this dealership would be an understatement s as to how satisfying this experience was. Easy Five stars from start to sale.

Grover Fitzgerald is a down-to-earth honest helper and I say helper, instead of salesman, because he didn’t once try to sell me until I indicated that I was ready to make the change from Honda to Subaru and effortlessly handled all of my questioning (no matter how vague) with flawless detail.
