Purchased a 2013 BMW M3 from Fairway Subaru in February. Told the finance manager that I would not purchase car without a bumper to bumper aftermarket warranty. Shortly after purchase thee car began to have some electrical issues so I tool it to a dealership for diagnosing to find out the car was not covered for any electrical. I tried to contact the finance manager and he would not return my calls. I realize a should have read the fine print but I was adamant that I made it clear to him. I paid over 5k for the warranty and it is virtually useless. Very dishonest on their part and I would not recommend any Fairway dealership in Greenville S.C. based on their misrepresentation of the product I purchased.Report
I bought a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited 2 days ago after shopping several other manufacturers. The vehicle is great, but similar to other options I saw. The difference, for me, was the sales experience. I actually felt like Larry Taylor, my salesman, wanted to get to know me and understand my needs. He offered me a great deal, and made me feel valued and heard. Larry spent a significant amount of time showing me the vehicle, letting me test drive, and explaining the features of the vehicle and purchasing from Fairway Subaru. Thank you so much!!Report

Angela with the service department was extremely helpful, communicative and kind. I was one of the last appointments of the day and she graciously assisted me when my flat tire repair turned into a full tire change and major 60k mile maintenance job. She also was able to set me up with a rental which made a world of difference for me.Report
