Fairfield Inn & Suites Santa Ana Tustin

Great location..very clean rooms and comfy beds!

Spending my short vacay at this hotel was amazing. The place was so huge and organize, especially my room, it was so clean and smells so good. The bathroom was so spacious with a very unique design which I liked the most. The pool was so clean and cozy as well. I will definitely bring my future boyfriend here.

The rooms are huge and well planned, spacious work area and spotless and enormous restroom with huge counter space. The lounge area is superb, with a wide range of subjects for supper. Generally speaking, it's a great encounter remaining at this lodging.

The swimmingpool is a nightmare of dirty. You can neither use the pool nor the whirlpool. Rooms exposed on the site of the highway are very noisy by night. The lousy windows do not block the traffic noise.

Magnificent rooms, uncommon feel in the lodging lounge district, and they have an unnecessary bar. I was getting a charge consequently to such an extent! I will return once more!

This lodging is astounding on the grounds that it gives returning guests select limits! Their mindfulness shocks me. This is an absolute necessity attempt dinner! I'd prefer to visit here!

The hotel does not allow phone calls. Traveling to my daughter's wedding I needed to know the check in time, honestly I hoped for an early check in. Unfortunately, you're not allowed to speak to anyone. I also paid for two rooms, but only received confirmation for one. We're traveling there tomorrow, and are concerned. If only they'd let you talk to someone. (added note, I got to the point of being placed on hold, unfortunately, the wait times keep going up and I have to pick up my tux.

Staff was pleasant but hotel rugs could have been cleaner.

My wife and I booked a room for our wedding night here. We paid and received a confirmation number. When we got there, we were told they didn't have any rooms and we needed to leave. My wife was still in her wedding dress and veil and I was still in my suit. The representative proceeded to yell at us, say it wasn't his fault and that we need to leave. Kicked us out to the curb. We had to find a last minute hotel. Weeks later, we still haven't gotten reimbursement and I have contacted this hotel 3 times already. DO NOT STAY HERE. This has been my worst hotel experience by far.
