Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center/South

Convenient location near the interstate, but did not have loud noise level. Room was clean & arranged nicely. Colors & new carpeting was lovely.
The handicap parking was actually level & close by. The breakfast area was well mantained & fresh. All the receptionist were very friendly, professional & nice

Clean. Great staff! Nice complimentary breakfast. Adequate room for price.

We came here to spend a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival the front desk agent (Ana) was super friendly, she treated us like friends and made us feel welcome. When we got to our room we couldn't get the satellite box to work on our TV. I called the front desk and Ana advised she would be right up to assist. Within a matter of minutes, Ana and Joe (the maintenance man) were at our door to help. They came in and got our TV working. Since it takes several minutes for the box to start up, Joe stayed until he could make sure it was working properly. He offered info about the surrounding area: restaurants and things to do. Throughout our 3 night stay upon coming and going from the hotel we got the pleasure of talking to Ana and Joe a couple more times. Thank you both for making our weekend getaway so enjoyable and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to the city.

This place has been amazing each time. Peaceful and partially secluded. It is now one of my regular choices to get away.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious every morning. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was well equipped. Pool was a little chilly for our taste, but it was clean.

This hotel is tricky to find but is very well located. Friendly, clean and well maintained.

I have had the opportunity to stay at 5 different hotels in the area off of 470 from Santa Fe to I-25. Keep in mind the timing of this review as hotels are still using COVID as an excuse for poor service and lack of amenities.

Hotel Staff – 4.5 Stars. Very good and friendly.

Cleanliness – 4.5 Stars. The room was clean as well as the common areas. Trash was picked up as housekeeping made their way through. If they collected trash before starting the room cleaning on one end of the hall, it would make a big difference to not see the trash sitting half the day.

Amenities – 4 Stars. Typical breakfast of eggs, sausage and a breakfast sandwich along with fruit, cereal, etc. Waffles were the standout, I love the waffles. Good, hot and well stocked each morning. The room was Good. Bed comfortable and plenty of space to work, and the arrangement of the suites makes good use of the space.

Price – Awesome !

This is a hidden gem. The hotel was lightly booked each night and I was hard pressed to understand why. It is super clean, friendly staff, newer and far better than the actual Marriott down the road.

Would be a solid 5 if I was not comparing 5 properties in the area that I stayed at in October. This was second place, and three years ago I never dreamed I would say that about a Fairfield.

Does have the absolute best value for the money in the area right now.
