Fahrenheit Marketing

I represent a wealth management company based in Texas. We spent about 3 weeks vetting and learning more about the marketing agencies that we thought were up to the task of breathing new life into our brand. Fahrenheit made it to the short list and they eventually bubbled to the top. Their process for designing a website is very detailed and you can see the pride they have in their work based on how much they pour into each stage...wireframing (they call it user experience planning), designing, the revisions process...the whole thing was very straightforward with their project management tool. We're excited with our new site and how well Fahrenheit has expressed our vision in a graphic form.

We have been working with Fahrenheit for several years now. When we first brought them onboard, the goal was to have a safe hosting environment for our site since the nature of our work is sometimes a target for people who think differently than we do. In 7 years of hosting, maintenance and support, we have never had a hack incident or anything that should prevent us from doing business. There have been several attempts, but the security put in place by the Fahrenheit team has kept the hackers at bay. They have definitely lived up to their reputation as far as know-how and capabilities.

Our company hired Fahrenheit for strategy only. We needed some brand polishing which they helped with, but what we really needed was strategy guidance. We enjoyed their 'data first' approach which made us all feel comfortable with the direction we ended up going with. Turns out, the numbers were right. We have enjoyed more conversions since we implemented their strategy and we are very likely to migrate some of our sponsored advertising efforts to their team as well. We'll see how our internal staff does first, but I would trust them to do as well on that front as they did with our positioning.

In the beginning of 2022 we were looking for an agency partner that had the chops to move us from a local entity to a more regional player. We had heard of Fahrenheit before, but had never worked with them in any capacity. At first we thought they would have been too expensive for us, but after learning more about their fees and how they work with their clients on month to month agreements, we decided to give them a try. We're 13 months in and so far so good. They have a very thorough process and their management of projects is very transparent. We have full access to their internal project management tool and that has been an awesome change from our previous partner. Super transparent communication has given us the trust we needed to let them "experiment". We have been very pleased with the improvements we've seen and look forward to what they'll do in 2023.

We hired Fahrenheit to help us with our BigCommerce website. The previous agency that had been assigned to us, while on the front end seemed less expensive, ended up costing us twice as much as the original Fahrenheit bid. The other agency's turnover was a big problem and when discussing the project with Fahrenheit, we were assured that we'd have continuity and that we would not be switching team players in the middle of the project. The Fahrenheit team did as they promised. The site was delivered on time and within 10% of the estimate they provided. It makes a huge difference when you can count on a team that is proud of the work they do. I know that today if we need support, they'll be there, probably the same people that built the site to begin with.
