When comparing the funeral homes in Middletown, there was a clear difference between the two. This facility is updated and modern with all the needed audio and visual capabilities, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, their pricing was extremely easy to understand and was presented very professionally. I thought their prices were appropriate and offered the best value as they also own and operate their own crematory. It would be hard for me to understand why anyone would select anyone else when needing a funeral home in the greater Middletown area. I've called 3 times to get a certificate of death and the director will not call me back.

They were kind, compassionate and so very helpful in our time of sadness. They worked hard to ensure our wishes were met. Everything was fine with no problems or concerns. When changes were needed they made them as quickly as possible and they were just wonderful. The assisted in explaining everything, providing the detail we needed and providing guidance where needed. When there was an issue with the burial plot, they worked with the cemetery to ensure it was taken care of without a problem. Thank you. I should have written this review a few months ago, however am just now getting around to it.
