F45 Training Seattle Central District

I love how I can come here and not worry about what workout I will need to do at the gym. The coaches make it easy to get in and out with a great workout! I've met some cool people here too that I can call my friends.

F45 workouts are a great way to challenge you mentally and physically! The F45 Central District Team is so motivating, positive and fun that no matter how the day was you walk out with a smile and a whole lot stronger (and sweaty lol)! Love the community the vibes and the music!

I have never thought in my life I would ever actually enjoy going to the gym, and F45 is the first place ive ever felt that! All the coaches are awesome, the workouts are killer, and I am at the healthiest I have ever been in my life thanks to this gym.

Have been a member for close to a year now and I can't imagine not going to this place.

F45 CD is the place to go for a killer workout and absolutely lovely community. I started going here when they first opened and was wonderfully surprised by the warm welcome I received from all of the trainers, but especially Leah and John. When the pandemic hit, they seriously went above and beyond to bring the community virtual workouts when we were stuck at home. I had a couple hiccups with the online platform but John was so quick to respond to my emails and help me while staying incredibly caring through the process. They prioritize safety and their trainers are legit. If you want a good workout with a community vibe, this is your place!

Fun & challenging workouts with great coaches! My husband and I are so happy we found F45 Cental District. Parking is super easy in the area as well.

For the first time in my life I'm enjoying working out. Joined F45 for less than 2 months and I already see a lot of differences in my body and physical conditioning. Also the coaches are amazing. They have a great energy

Joined 2 months and already noticing a lot of positive changes with my fitness level and body. Positive team atmosphere, nice equipment, and a lot of diversity in exercises!

F45 classes and diversity of workouts are second to none. Leah, studio manager and trainer pushes you to your max encouraging to break through barriers. Plus it's 45 minutes for full body crushing workout!

I only recently started with F45, and I'm really enjoying it so far! Coach Leah and Coach Amanda have great energy and are very motivating, and I'm really enjoying the quality and type of workouts--with the strength training and cardio blended together. As a former D1 college athlete (a loooong time ago), these workouts remind me of when I cross-trained smart and effectively for my sport. I also appreciate that the studio is very clean and organized, and it's a very positive and upbeat atmosphere to work out in.

Awesome place, excellent coaches, and also very clean! The location is great with lots of free parking available. Would definitely recommend it.
