F45 Training Queen Anne

F45 Queen Anne is an amazing workout facility. The coaches are professional and knowledgeable and are very motivating. The facility is clean and large and everyone in the workout community is supportive of eachother. I highly recommend F45 and love love love the Queen Anne location.

I have participated at several fitness centers over the years, but F45 Queen Anne is by far the best I have experienced. The F45 system is designed so you do not waste time between exercises. The workouts are varied and the coaching is excellent. Great environment with full classes and enthusiastic participation.

I've been a member at F45 Queen Anne for about 7 months now. I absolutely love the functional workouts and the fact that each day is different. More than that, I think the coaches at the Queen Anne studio are some of the best coaches I've had. They're friendly, motivating, and extremely professional. I love the community that this studio has built, planning many opportunities for members to meet each other outside of the studio. They are compliant to all the COVID-19 regulations, including proof of vaccination and mask-wearing. Shoutout to coach Alex & Drew for making it super fun

I've been a member at F45 for 5 months now, and I can feel and see tremendous improvement in my strength and endurance. The coaches really push you to your limit, yet help you with your form and modifications if you have injuries. Going to a F45 class is often the highlight of my day, and I've also made some great friends there!
