On more than one occasion, Robert has steered me clear of an otherwise "perfect' looking condo: Light; bright; all one level of living space upstairs; flex in the subfloor; lots of windows and natural ventilation/light. I loved it!!!! However, the mold test came back very high for Chaetomium, hazardous, slow growing mold that is poisonous to those with autoimmune issues. Robert was indignant that if the wealthy (Rancho Santa Fe owner) had just changed the $50 tack strip -- along with the carpets -- that this moisture and mold growth wouldn't have been an issue! (His housekeeper over washed the carpet because she had three dogs). The Seller's agent did not disclose the dogs when I asked (I am allergic). Hence, the condo necessitated thousands of dollars of mold remediation under containment with negative air scrubbers. Luckily, I was able to back out of the sale -- thanks to Robert!!!! He is a lifesaver! ** Also Buyer Beware if a place look too perfect", look for signs of Killz (to conceal leaks/odors/mold). In doing your due diligence, be sure t ask neighbors if they saw dogs at the property (if you have allergies). Be sure to call Robert before your Contingency period ends!)> Better safe than sorry!

We had Robert come out to do whole house mold testing and we couldn’t have picked a better person for the job. Robert was very informative and trust worthy. We were dealing with a mold remediation company and had testing done with them after they completed the job. I was still concerned about possible mold and Robert was nice enough to come back out and give things a second look. If you’re looking for someone friendly that you can trust Robert with EZ MOLD is your guy!

Superior service and results.

The man (Robert) was polite and courteous. He seemed highly knowledgeable with regards to ways that one could mitigate harmful mold growth. After taking several home air samples for analysis, he promised to deliver results in several days. Once the readings were completed, he emailed a thorough but easy to read summary of findings, then called to explain its particulars, answer any questions, and make further recommendations from there.

His personable demeanor, subject matter knowledge, and summary of findings, make him top quality. Highest recommendation.

Robert was very caring and professional, not to mention very punctual.
I suspected I had mode in my bath room, and Robert knew right off, the mode was coming from a leak I had, had in my living room.

My results came back as promised in three

days!; and as Robert suspected I had high level of mold in my living room.

Thanks to Robert and EZ mold, I was able to deal properly with my situation. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

This is an excellent choice for mold inspections. The technician, Robert, is very professional, prompt, and knows his research all about mold. I was super impressed with his precision throughout his inspection. Robert was very scientifically careful with the sampling that he took and the testing equipment that he operated.

The honesty of this business is top notch. They are very straightforward about what they see and they back it up with the lab results. I am super confident that we chose the best professionals at this business to do our mold inspection.

It is hard to find honest and reputable business contractors/vendors and now that we have experienced the professional and thorough work of EZ Mold Inspections, we will refer to our friends and family if they have any concerns about possible mold.

Thank you EZ Mold for multiple rounds of testing during mold remediation work. Robert patiently and clearly interpreted the mold tests for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and took time to explain his recommendations for improvement, even inspecting photos of the remediation work and the product used so that I wouldn't waste money retesting too soon.

Robert with EZ Mold Inspections was absolutely wonderful. I panicked when I found mold in our home but Robert helped put my mind to ease the moment we got on the phone. He came out for a mold inspection the next day and was so kind and patient. He explained things so I could understand them and was quick with our results.
