I reached out to Robert to perform an inspection at a property we were in escrow for since the initial inspection results showed a significant mold colony in the kitchen. From start to finish, Robert was very informative and reassuring with any questions I had.
He performed the initial inspection throughout the entire property and once he received the lab results provided me the information needed to either continue with the purchase or back out of the deal.
Based on his discussions and recommendations for a remediation company to remove the toxic mold, we proceeded with the purchase. He was very accommodating during the clearance inspection, having him enter the property and do the tests and billing me later since I couldn’t be at the property.
I hope to not have another mold issues with the property, but now I definitely know who to turn to, thank you Robert!
