EXURO workouts are formatted to develop ALL aspects of fitness in a time-efficient manner with the most proven interval sequences. We have all been told before that to be healthy we must get stronger, leaner, and train our cardiovascular system. As we get busy with our daily routines we run out of time to train efficiently.
