ANOTHER price increase. Sigh. You can rent a 10X10 unit online for $90/month right now as a promo price. Shortly after renting, my rate jumped to $155/month. Now I get notice that it's gone up to $177/month. Will NEVER rent from Extra Space Storage again. They know that once you are moved in, there is an inherent barrier of time, effort, and resources to move to another unit. Not only is this practice bait & switch, it is downright unethical. The good news is that you can find places that will lock in prices for long-term tenants. It takes a minute to research and find them but I will be moving out this month. Please don't make the same mistake that I did and avoid this company if you have long-term storage needs. Would rate zero stars if able.ReportRe: ANOTHER price increase. ...
