Post-Covid, things have been understandably crazy. It understandably took a LONG time to get our little residential job scheduled, but it was certainly worth the wait. Stacey was excellent to work with. Color match to our existing stucco was excellent, and the stucco work was very well done. I would certainly recommend this company. Just be patient, it's worth it!!! 5 stars because we love the results!

This company did a horrible job! This company did a horrible job! I did not choose them my builder did. I had to file a demand letter to have many of the defects corrected. The company was not responsive, referred me back to my builder. My builder referred me back to exterior concepts. After several thousand dollars in attorney's fees the builder hired a different vendor to rectify the shoddy work.

OK so we are in the Avimor subdivision and this company did the exterior work. The siding is all cracked and bowed. Subpar workmanship is what they do. Many, many houses up here in Avimor are plagued with countless problems. Come and see them for yourselves. I highly urge not to get a home that this company did work on.

Hi Gabby! We have your address and have no PO in our system for it. Your house was constructed a year after we stopped working up there. Maybe the PM got it wrong.

Very good and work hard

Exterior Concepts did the stucco just a little over a year ago on a property I am leasing out. Their stucco has started falling off. In the top corners of the building whole large chunks have broke away and all you can see is the wire. I took a ladder up and with my own hands using little force can rip off the cement. Very disappointing quality. Not going to use them anymore for my buildings. Do not recommend.

Please supply us with an address and we'll look up the PO for it. If this was through a builder, please let us know which one.

Had someone come out to give me a bid. They missed first appointment. Finally came. A week later I contacted the company to see where bid was at. Was told it could take a couple of weeks. A month after I again contacted the company to get status. Never received a return response. I put this rating up 5 mos ago because I’m tired of companies continuously doing this for smaller jobs. We all have work needing done and all of our time is important. I finally scrambled and after 3 other no shows I found a retired guy to repair my issues. Immediately upon putting up my review I received a response with an excuse, an offer to do the work and a gift certificate. Neither of these were good to me. I have been asked to change my review because it is too harsh. I guess a company needs a good rating even for a job they never followed through with.

Hi Heather, we spoke on the phone and I had mentioned to you that our admin assistant had recently left and we were in transition. It was a cluster for sure. Sorry for the no shows.

Honestly, such an amazing experience. Open communication about the entire process and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product. Highly recommend!
