Express Ramps

I was completely satisfied with my ramp purchase experience with Eric at Express Ramp. Buying a wheelchair ramp was a challenging experience for me as had no experience in modular wheelchair ramps and I a timeline. I needed to make sure my brother-in-law would be able to safely get into his home upon discharge from the hospital.
My first thought was to make a ramp in the same style as a deck out of wood. Using the EZ-Access modular system was much faster, already to ADA specifications and likely within the same cost as a DIY, especially now with wood prices going up now. The best part was how easy it was to assemble. It is important to have accurate measurements and since I was unfamiliar with how the modular system work I needed some guidance. Eric happily assisted me in ensuring I was purchasing the correct components for my needs, and Eric was able to provide the best price.
If I need ramp product again I will use Eric and Express Ramp.

I recently purchased a platform and ramp to provide access for my elderly parents from the garage into the house. I priced out other options (wheelchair lift, wooden ramp) and Express Ramps came in significantly less in overall price. Plus, I figured I probably would have some resale value as the modular components would lend themselves to resale/reuse. I was very careful in measuring everything, and did a fair amount of toing and froing with Eric in Customer Service to ensure everything would fit as planned. I placed the order, and the shipment arrived in good shape within a week. As I unpacked it the system looked a bit daunting, but a good study of the parts list and instruction manual allowed me to jump right in and assembly went very quickly. I did it myself, although it would have been helpful to have had a second person. The quality of the materials and workmanship is excellent. Everything fit perfectly well.. My elderly parents (and I) are very confident as they transit up and down what is a very sturdy and sharp looking platform/ramp. Very, very happy with Express Ramps.

The steps are nice, and very sturdy. I had some issues, but was able to get everything worked out.
Don't count on the 3-5 day shipping. That is based on the trucking company used.

Since my previous review Express Ramps has made much improvement in customer service. Their products have always been very good and priced right. Hats off to improved service!

Great products and Great Company to work with

We initially had an issue with the delivery of our ramp, but when it was finally assembled, it came out exactly as we had hoped. It is very sturdy & great quality. I would highly recommend Express Ramps.

What a great company! They were so helpful to me in configuring exactly what I needed. They really took their time with me and the order arrived within a few days. The ramp installed quickly and easily! Very impressed with the quality of the products. Highly Recommend them and their great customer service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM EXPRESS RAMPS UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. The customer service team will tell you that you can easily return a ramp if it doesn't work, but they don't tell you that they will charge you a $110 restocking fee! DO NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO RESPOND TO YOU CALL OR EMAILS. the customer service number will send you to the website to fill out a form and NO ONE will answer questions. The ramps are good quality, but the company and service is truly terrible.

Customer service is non existent! The only way to follow up on an order is thru the website via email. No response after two attempts. Tried calling but no one that answers can help me in anyway what so ever.
