I have worked with Expo Pass for three years and am consistently impressed with their customer service, support, and responsiveness from start to finish - as well as their product(s). They have worked with our organization to tailor the check-in platform and badge printing in a way that makes best sense for our event as well as our budget. They innovate and improve and each year execution is easier and more streamlined. Great team, great platform!

I've really enjoyed working with the Expo Pass team for the past 3+ years. They make our event check-in, name badge printing, and session scanning so easy to manage. Our event attendees LOVE the look of the name badges and really appreciate how easy it is to show their QR code to be checked-in to both paid and free events.

We were in need of a service for our event for on-site registration including payment capture as well as name badge printing. Online research lead us to Expo Pass, which turned out to be a great choice to fulfill our event needs. Website was rather easy and intuitive to navigate and if there were problems, the Expo Pass support team was ready to help. All the necessary hardware was sent as planned and everything worked well throughout the 3-day event. Self check-in was easy and on-site registrations also worked well. Users of the kiosks for check-in/name badge printing and on-site registrations exclaimed how well everything worked.

The onsite badge printing through Expo Pass transformed how we run our conference. We discovered Expo Pass two years ago and will use them many years to come! We used to spend nearly 100 volunteer-hours printing, stuffing lanyard holders and organizing badges for 700 attendees and speakers. Never again! Thank you Expo Pass!

Have used this service for two of our tradeshows so far. It's been relatively easy to use, the support team is quick to answer when needed, and cost has been fair. Will likely continue to use it.

Feedback & Opportunities:
• Some android users had difficulty downloading or logging into the Mobile App.
• Some attendees experienced challenges when trying to complete session feedback surveys.
• Checking in attendees for the second day was a bit tricky.
Overall, it was a good experience. Especially when it came to reporting and analytics.
