It was not the arrangemente I paid for. It was very small and nothing like the image shown. I could understand you had to call last minute and change de vase (which originally was a wooden vase) but that is not my fault and you sent a smaller arrngement having paid for a Deluxe. Unfortunately we weren't given a chance to resolve this issue before the negative review. For the weekend we had hundreds of orders and some substitutions were absolutely necessary regarding containers and some of the flowers. I can assure you the arrangement was to value for the "deluxe" although it may appear visually different due to the fact that the flowers were arranged in a different container. I am going to reach out to you today to see how I can change your experience with us!
