Josh was very courteous about my question about delivery. I live in NYC and the flowers were for my grandmother in Boca. He called me back right away and assured me of same day delivery. Happy to support a local business.

I received a gorgeous, artistically arranged bouquet of roses and lilies earlier this week from Exceptional Flowers and Gifts and they still look as fresh and lovely as they were when they arrived. The quality and freshness of the flowers is very evident. Highly recommend!

Prompt delivery of beautiful flowers for Mother's Day. I ordered on the 10th in the morning and they managed to deliver on the same day. Definitely recommended.

I considered not leaving this review, however as both my mother and I remain unsatisfied I thought it best to say the reasons why. I ordered the Maui Sunset for Mother’s Day because I loved the overall theme of the bouquet. It looked absolutely beautiful. Instead she received 5 sunflowers, some that hadn’t bloomed. This was not at all what I ordered and was pretty upsetting. I called immediately upon their delivery to explain the error and was told kindly they would fix the mistake on Monday. They would do their best to deliver the Maui Sunset, and replace flowers they ran out of. I don’t feel I should have paid for their miscalculation of accepting orders they could not fill but at this point I agreed to the new flowers. Monday came around and they called once again stating upfront they did not have the exact flowers the original arrangement called for but they would still do their best to deliver, in their words “a beautiful arrangement.” The arrangement they left was not beautiful. It looked like someone threw lettuce, parsley and random leftover flowers from Mother’s Day. There was no theme to the arrangement. I do appreciate their efforts but unfortunately it was very disappointing to receive two wrong arrangements in a row.

There was no theme to the arrangement" The Maui Sunset has Kale ( Lettuce ) pictured. We use it often and never have any complaints. Parsley is an herb and we do not use herbs in our arrangements. I realize you're being facetious, but leaving a review with misinformation is harmful to our business and our reputation.

Flower arrangement was delivered a day early over Mother's Day weekend which was very considerate of them. The receiver said the arrangement was beautiful. It was easy to place an order online

I ordered flowers online , I am located in Massachusetts wanting to send my mother who lives in Boca a flower arrangement for mothers day. My mother got them on time . She sent me a picture of the arrangement it was absolutely beautiful.

This was a great experience ordering flowers through Exceptional Flowers & Gifts. In less than 24 hours from the time I ordered, they made up a beautiful arrangement and delivered it. They didn't have all the flowers in the bouquet I had chosen online, so they contacted me and quickly came up with an alternative arrangement. Then they sent photos to make sure I liked it! Highly recommended.
