Excel Dental and Implant Center

Tammy is great, besides that this place has been horrible. Always canceling my appointments last minute. During the summer I was rescheduled 3 times. Wasted so much gas and time.

Dr Weber has gone above and beyond to help me in everything I have gone through where another dentist would have turned me away. I can never forget the kindness of the whole practice.

First time at the Lockhill-Selma location, as the 281 location closed. I was taken back quickly. Tammy was so professional and friendly, and gave me an outstanding, thorough cleaning!! Even though I had to drive a long way to get there, I will go back!!

Shout out to Crystal who moved to New Braunfels from 281. She is also an outstanding, professional, and friendly hygienist. I will miss you!

They tell you one thing on the phone and then a different story when you actually get there. Went to pick up my mouth guard on the date I was schedule for - it wasn't even made. They also had to take X-rays again because they lost access to the previous database. And sometimes there are billing issues such as charging the wrong price.

I have had zero problems with their New Braunfels location. Today I had my first appt at the Selma location. A few days before my appointment they called to see if I could switch my appt from 3pm to 10am I told them I would need to bring my 3 year daughter if I switched, they said that's okay. This appt should of only taken 15 mins since it was a check up. I get to my appt I'm not called back till 10:20 to get X-rays done. I wait 30 mins and ask what's going on she told me the doctor is in surgery and should be done soon. 11:15 she comes and tells me a dental hygienist will come check to see if my gums bleed and then I'm free to go. 11:30 comes around and I walk out. We sat there for 1hr 30 mins for absolutely nothing. Drove 35 mins to get there. I don't understand why my appt was switched if the dentist was scheduled for surgery. Having to make a toddler sit there for that long is not fun for her nor myself. The dentist is only at this location on Tuesdays. I leave Thursday for a 3 week trip. I'm now in limbo if my implant is still infected or not. Very disappointed and won't be scheduling with this location again which is unfortunate because New Braunfels is over an hour drive.

This clinic has got to be the most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever encountered!! I had X-rays and an exam done at a local clinic and was told I needed a root canal. Found this clinic online, called to schedule a root canal and was told by the front desk about openings and scheduled a date. Specifically I asked “can you guys do a root canal. Will this be done in my appointment. Do you need copies of my prior exam.” Vague information given. I show up for my appointment and they make me wait 40 minutes to be seen. I go in there and am told the appointment is for an exam and they don’t do root canals. WOW! I drove an hour for this appointment with my children to have my whole day wasted. 1 star isn’t a low enough rating!

OMG! I have never been treated so well by everyone i came in contact with.Everyone listened, was patient with me as i am VERY Squeamish and nervous.Every one went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable not in any pain from any procedure that they performed on me.There was no feeling of being rushed.Then the Doctor..He was the same.Took his time listen to my concerns.Explained possible procedures and then he explained the one that I was willing to choose.I never felt like he was rushing me.The staff has a beautiful set up where they can easily communicate with each other which was helpful to me because Anita was working on me and she needed assistance and she just called for assistance on her mic and help came. I had read a bad review where the pt had said other people had worked on him and he did not see the doctor till later.well duh ...Its a collection of trained caring staff to make a whole.Then to boot i was worried about Financial side of it and by the grace of the Father they were able to take care of that too.
