Wow! Marlon made this process SO much easier than I ever thought it could be. Inspection process was smooth as he worked with both me and my insurance company to process the claim.

I would fully expect a drop off in customer service from Marlon to the operations or installation team…that didn't happen. EVERYONE was great.

I just could not be happier…period. You can stop looking for a new roofer, you found them!

Miguel is awesome!
He seems to know the insurance process better than the insurance adjuster I had did. He met with the contractor adjuster to point out the issues I had. If he was not so involved I'm not sure my replacement would not have been approved. Once approved Miguel helped get the best solution possible for approved claim. Miguel even provided personnel touch after my roof was done to make sure I was happy even months after when I reached out with a question. I'm very happy with the service I got.
