Excellent customer service from the owner, Al. I had a couple of plaques printed up for my son and was unsure of the proper font sizes to use. Al made every change I requested (which was probably around 10 changes) untiI was satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this business for production of your awards or trophies.
....in addition to the above review I felt I should also mention that the timeliness of delivery was super fast. I ordered them one day, and had them at my front door two days later.

Contacted this company about getting some awards made. The prices were extremely high compared to local competitors. I did notice two display pieces falling apart. All in all, this place is a rip off and according to employee reviews on other sites, they operate unethically behind closed doors as well.

Attempted to talk to a man named "John" about a package deal but he was rude, dismissive, and arrogant.

Save your money, don't support dishonest businesses!

Excalibur welcomes feedback from our customers, and we are committed to providing top quality products and services at competitive prices. The consistency of the high level ratings that we have received in this space confirms our performance has been on target to date. In this particular case, we have researched our information and have no record of this individual contacting us for products/services and no record of an actual visit to our showroom. Further investigation has revealed that this individual does have an outside relationship to a former employee of Excalibur, and the negative rating and comments are evidently a result of a personal and professional conflict that does not involve Excalibur Group or our business. The status of this post is being investigated by our legal counsel and by Google and we will provide further updates if necessary.

Al and his team have been serving our promotional group since November 2014 and we couldn't be more pleased! We order from them monthly and they always work in a timely and professional manner. If there's a mistake (which has been rare!!) it is quickly corrected. Thanks Excalibur for service with excellence!!
