And it provides enough wattage for a home office computer, a business PC, or even a gaming system.
This is also a fully modular power supply, which isn’t something you always see in budget PSUs. That lets you connect the cables you want and leave the rest off, which helps keep the inside of your case from getting too crowded or messy. It also has decent build quality, which EVGA backs up with a seven year warranty.

Add ReviewThe EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G3 is a pretty decent power supply, especially given its low price. It has an 80 PLUS Gold rating, meaning it is efficient, and it runs fairly quietly. And with the seven year warranty, you can feel comfortable with the quality you’re going to get with this PSU.
But it has only one EPS connector when most power supplies offer two. While this unit is fully modular, the cables are on the bulky side. That makes routing them through your case much harder. Its overpower protection is also not the best. With that said, it’s still a good option for a budget power supply.
