EVEN Hotels Rockville - Washington DC Area

I have been an IHG member for a long time and this is the worst hotel I/we have ever stayed in. This hotel does not deserve to be a part of your chain. Here is a list of items you should be aware of and send someone to inspect this hotel and its operation.
-Outlets in room would not hold a plug. USB ports did not charge my phone. Tried several.
-Carpet was dirty and stained
-No dresser
-Refrigerator loose and ready to fall out every time we opened it.
-No room cleaning in three days.
-Cleaning lady refused to give us coffee so we had to go buy some.
-Some of the bath towels were so small it was a joke.
-No paper and pen in the room to write down notes.
-Lamp shade was totally ripped, and lamp did not work.
-Hair dryer was sticky and had other people's hair on the sticky handle.
-Tried to re key my key 3 times and it never worked.
-Cold air leaking around the AC/Heat unit.
-Ice Machines did not work on 2nd and 4th floor. Had to go down to the kitchen.
-Only one elevator worked the whole time.
-Market and Bar very expensive.
I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I ever stay in a Even Hotel again.

The bed had a dip in it. The carpet was dirty, I felt uneasy getting into bed walking from bathroom to bed. The shower drain clogged with hair and filled the floor with water. The lamp shade had a huge rip in it. The wash clothes had black spots on them. The towels didn't match.

The parking was far and inconvenient. But still had to pay for it.

Excellent quiet stay, very comfortable beds, ultra clean rooms

Nice hotel in a good location. Great hotel gym. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel locates at a very convenient locations with lots of restaurants, shops and businesses. Nice and clean space.
Nice touch with in room exercise equipment.

We stayed for 2 nights for my daughter's soccer tournament. Parking is a bit tricky since the garage is not attached to hotel but it was fine for us. The rooms are clean and we loved to exercise ball, bands in room. Will definitely stay with this brand again.
