I was in a car accident. (rear ended) in 2018. After searching for attorneys dealing with auto accidents and personal injury I found Etengoff Pak Law Group, and wow did I hit a gold mine.
This attorney (James) took my personal injury case and started working on it immediately. He never left me hanging, and he always kept me informed on the progress of my case. I only went to his office twice. The rest of the time he would keep me posted through emails. He was awesome, and so was his staff. All very professional and courteous, and always available to me. I can't say enough good about them. No other words can describe how grateful I was that I found them. I got a very good settlement, and James worked hard to get me the best deal from the adjusters on the other side.
Do yourself a favor...you can't go wrong with Etengoff Pak Law Group. You will be treated fairly and with respect, and James will do his very best to fight for you. You won't find a better attorney, and why waste time searching online for one when I can give you the facts in my review.

I sure wish I would have googled these guys before deciding to hire them. There is one review on Yelp that shows James Pak criminal record in Arizona. Which at first I didn't really care, it shouldn't inhibit James ability to do his job but after the issues and my daughter was able to find the website for the city court house, there is a verified criminal record, pretty serious also. Drug charges and what not. Helps explain the problems and short comings of this law office. It's not even his firm. It looks like a guy named etengoff has retired and left him in charge. Big mistake!!

Our families case started well before covid. I'll reiterate what other reviewers mentioned as they are spot on... They call you and return phone calls to get you to sign on the dotted line. They'll harass you to fill out the paperwork and then once you do, you'll never hear from them again. I mean, 6 months went by without getting even a return email. I understand the Corona virus is making business a lot more difficult for everyone but Ive paid my insurance premiums on time for over 20 years. Jim pak promised me service he could not deliver. Our case is still on going and I wanted the wait to write a review but I had the last straw. They're trying to force us to take a settlement that won't even cover all our medical bills or replace my newish family van. Of course we agreed to the fee that Jim Pak charges but that was because we were led to believe we would get, at a minimum, made whole. Now, because I hired these fake attorneys (Jim wasn't even licensed in Oregon until this year) I will owe money for an accident that wasn't our fault. I highly recommend doing your research on personal injury attorneys before choosing these guys. I get an ambulance chaser vibe from these guys and wish I would have done my research. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

Please be advised that our office and Mr. Pak have been the target of false reviews from fake profiles for the sole intent of defaming and causing harm to our reputation in the community. Due to the false accusations in the reviews, we have initiated legal action to determine the identity(ies) of the perpetrators and once known, we intend to prosecute the individual(s) responsible to the full extent of the law.

I contacted this law firm after an accident that left me with some pretty bad neck injuries. Treatment was pretty good - just down the street to the local chiropractor. Went for 4 months or so - 3 times a week . I then went about 6 months without hearing from my attorney nor the office. I was thinking with them making thousands off my injury case I would at least here of a status update once every couple months or so. After almost a year after the accident I got a low-ball offer from the at-fault insurance. The law firm insisted I took the first offer and kept saying this is their "final offer". I'm glad I denied it as they came up a little on the offer but still on the low side for the injury and the industries standard (did some research myself)

Would I recommend them? Probably not. Hiring an attorney is a big decision and make sure you find one that'll communicate well and fight for you to get the compensation you deserve.
