The staff is friendly
The margarita was abysmal!!

The restaurant was great, and the food was delicious, but the service was exceptional. Our server was Alberto Rivas. He noticed i was sad- I was grieving a sudden loss of a loved one- and he did everything he could to make me feel better. He was not only a tremendous server, but a very kind person exactly when it was most needed.

Fantastic food. Fresh greens, vegetables and seafood served in a beautiful setting with so much hospitality and kindness. I think anyone would enjoy a meal here or many meals here. Very high value for what you are served and for the setting.
One small star missing because the desserts are so sad. As expensive as entrees, and not even close to as good as what is served at your local chain restaurant.
Skip dessert and you will get a 5 star experience.

I visited here 2 days back to back. On the first day, our lunch was really slow. Turns out they were having technical difficulties with the kitchen receiving tickets. Leo was great. He explained and apologized with a bowl of fruit. The food was delicious. We had the kale salad and fish tacos. We also had Pure Passion. Be careful with those. They are delicious and sneak up on you.

On the second day, we had a party of 22 for my sister's birthday. The max should've been 20, but they accommodated the extra 2 at the last minute. Cynthia was great helping with the planning. We lucked out and had Leo as our waiter again. He's awesome! The food was again delicious. We ordered off a specific menu that they shared with us in advance. I had the salmon and another Pure Passion. The fish was perfectly cooked. Everyone had a great time. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing.

FYI. Lunch for 2 costs ~$100 on the first day. For the second day, my meal alone cost $109 including 18% tip (which is included regardless of how many are in your party. Hey, it's Florida. ?????), 1 drink, and 4 course meal. If you're strapped for cash, you might want to go somewhere else.

Italian traditional food, they speak Italian and go above and beyond to exceed expecations!! Loved i!!

Solo trip... security here had my back and keep me safe. Will Def go back!!!

Excellent! I expected the food to be good but the Restaurant at The Palms exceeded my expectations.
