Why build an amazing apartments complex and hire the team that can't maintain?? Good luck in getting a hold of management that doesn't arrive at the scheduled tour time! Bummer

I had an great experience with Moses and Geeta, they both were very helpful, made my time very warm. I fell in love with all the amenities and how beautiful this building looks. Nice and quiet, the location is great, close to all the shops. Very pleasant to be living here!

Love living in this building! It's on a quiet street with great views of the city and surrounding mountains. All the amenities and landscaping are all starting to come together as well. Leasing office staff is lovely and quickly respond to your questions.

I hardly write reviews but I had to because Im so happy I decided to go with this place! It's a beautiful apartment great, community and LOVE the location. Leasing office was super friendly and helpful as well !!

After several attempts online to schedule a tour, I never heard back. I called and got a hold of someone & scheduled a tour for the next day. I showed up for the scheduled tour and no one was there, I waited 20 minutes in the office. I reached out to the leasing manager via text and no response. I was looking forward to the tour & seeing this as a potential place to live.

These apartments are way over priced for the area and what you get. Other new apartments complexes in the area have lower prices and promos for free rent. There is a ton of crime and construction in the area. When I went to look at these apartments they said the prices had went up from what was posted online. Basically a bait and switch. Also, you'll be living across the street from a hotel...I believe an extended stay at that. This complex is a hard pass.

Very brand-new property. Premium appliances on a great location. While due to the final touch-ups and preparations the visit tours might take longer than expected by some people, but the management team are very helpful and friendly and they do their best to make things work.

Not sure how the building is because the management team didn't show for my scheduled tour. After waiting for 30+ minutes and calling the management team 4 times with no avail I left. So anyway can't help ya much, but this might help you avoid wasting your time?
