Lights, internet, & air conditioner has all gone out within the same week. This is not the first time this has happened (Check Yelp reviews). The internet has stopped working before causing you to just go home at 12 noon. Then to make matters worse as soon as the internet stopped working the office manager packaged up and went home. Why are you not dedicated to your clients to stick around and attempt to fix the situation or wait for the solution to be provided. Instead she goes home and sends an email stating “they said the internet came back on at 5pm.” How would you know if it did not if you were not here? She has a total disregard for the businesses in the building & when things go wrong she provides zero support. She just packs up & goes home. The office manager (Gwen) is rude and does not know how to offer client support in the office. She is unfriendly and is the main reason why majority of this office is empty & other companies are moving out of the office over the weekend. This place is not dependable for a small business to work. Yes the building and location is ideal however the location + nice looking building is not a benefit if you are paying rent & can’t get any work done here due to constant interruptions. Save your time, money (and business), & business by officing somewhere else.
PS... Diana is sweet & mans the front office wonderfully with all the things that happen she handles the front office tasks quickly. Kiddos to her but Gwen is running all the businesses away.

Very elegant.

My business started to really grow about 2 years ago so I looked around for an office to be close to my home in Katy. Everything I looked at out here was cramped and not very professional. When I first saw the plans for Escalate Workspace, I got so excited. It’s a very professional address, building, and management team. Everyone who comes to visit my office is impressed. I love it here at Escalate!

I'd give Escalate more stars if it were possible. We moved in July and cannot get over how smooth the process was. We looked at several places prior to deciding on Escalate and found that they were either old and dated or had "miniature" flimsy furniture. Once we walked in to the lobby of Escalate, we could tell that it was top notch from top to bottom. The location could not be more perfect -just off I-10 near the Grand Parkway. The building is newly construction, and I believe it is LEED certified. There is connected, covered parking - so there is no more getting rained on while walking to work, or having my car sitting in the scorching summer sun all day. The offices and work spaces are spacious and smartly designed, with full-sized, new furniture and features. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the management and staff. They have always been accommodating and helpful, and have treated us like family from day one. I've told everyone that I know that if they ever need an office suite solution, Escalate is the place to be.

A wonderful office space. The management and staff are wonderful. The office spaces are great - and having all the utilities, cleaning and furniture was a huge help. Everything was ready for us to move our computers and supplies in! I would definitely tell others considering office space to look here first!

I've been working with the ESCALATE team for months now, and they are even better than I expected. The location (right off the Katy Freeway) is ideal for me, the office space is beautiful, of course, but it's the top notch staff that really puts Escalate beyond reach of their competition, if you ask me. Go in and ask Gwen for a tour. If you're in the market for quality office space in the Katy area, you will likely be impressed.
