Erik quite literally made our dream home a reality. He worked with us as a partner throughout the process, listened to what we were looking for and set our expectations in a professional manner. We live out of town, and Erik arranged everything- inspections, special inspections, architects, contractors-we truly felt we had eyes and ears on the ground. Erik is hands down the best broker we've ever worked with.

Erik is the most attentive, caring realtor we have ever worked with.
Even though our purchases have been very minor compared to many of the multi million dollar homes he sells, he always gives us his undivided attention and makes us feel like we are purchasing a far more expensive property. He has a great support team as well.

Erik was FANTASTIC to work with when I decided to sell my house in Basalt. He was very easy and professional to work with and always had time to discuss any concerns I had during the entire process from listing my house to the closing! Erik is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in the valley and I felt very confidant throughout the process that he had my best interest in mind.. I was very happy with the outcome on the sale of my house! Erik defiantly is a top professional and I would recommended him to anyone that is looking for an agent to work with!!

Erik Berg and his top notch team impressed me from beginning to completion. I was also impressed with his extreme knowledge of the market, his professionalism and his desire to make sure every aspect of the sale of our home was seamless.
