These guys are really helpful and know what they are doing. I found them searching for a Yamaha outboard part that I couldn't get help with elsewhere. They responded quickly, delivered and followed up to ensure it all went smoothly. Rare service these days. I will go to them first for anything for my outboard.

Wow, Eric's did it again. They got me a steering actuator delivered in less than 24 hours and a stator ordered from Yamaha in just over 2 days. Thanks to Chris for making that happen! Today I had to call back in, because my troubles were not over. I needed an IAC valve, and Dave and Joe had 1 left, and it will be delivered sometime tomorrow. This is what service is supposed to be! The best in the industry, by a mile!

Dave helped me find a part that I had been looking for! I'm a guide in the Tampa Bay and if he didn't have the part I was going to be out of work for months, Yamaha was telling me they at way behind on parts. Thanks Dave for the help! You da man!

I normally shy away from the Miami area when it comes to business dealings, as I have had many bad customer service experiences. Chris in parts, as well as Christine who answered my phone call, were a refreshing surprise! They went over and above to assist me.and my parts were ordered on Friday morning and I received them UPS on Saturday at no extra charge! Thanks guys, I will spread the word about you!!!!!
