Not much good to say about this seller. It's been 16 days since ordering and still no shipment confirmation. Emailed them 3 days ago for a status and no reply. My advice, just order from somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Ordered a part for a fishing reel and it showed up and works just fine it took a little while to get here but I'm sure that's due to me opting for the cheapest shipping possible because I didn't need it right away, will definitely be doing more business with them.

So I ordered a part to fix my espresso machine. Anyways the part arrives and I put the machine back together. This a a completely assembled part very easy plug and play, 2 major o-rings were missing on part. I paid 50 dollars for a incomplete part, had to go to home depot and grab orings, ereplacement parts be better.

I purchased a part from this company and received it in the mail broken. I contacted customer support and they said they would issue a refund but they would not send a replacement unless I placed a new order at the new updated price. The new price was almost double what I originally paid. That's a poor way to do business. I will not be shopping here again.

I own a small engine repair shop and I am a very frequent customer. This company has always been a great company to do business with. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and I am always greeted with a smile every time I come through the door. Prices are very fair, and they always have a great stock of supplies and most always have everything I need. Thank you for your excellent service!

The ability to find parts for anything is great, however, their support team is horrible.

I had an order that was backordered for almost 2 months because of 1 part not being ready. I requested via their email support system to ship everything but the one part that was backordered (which is an option from their support system).

More than 4 weeks later I did not receive anything, not an email confirmation or a shipment. I called in and described what was going on and I was told "oh we've heard people say that emails aren't being answered", to which I asked, "what is the plan to get that resolved?". I was told "it's not my department, it's with the email team".

Essentially a "not my problem" response. Fantastic...

And due to this, it'll be the last time I ever order from them. I wouldn't want to inconvenience them in any way.

I ordered parts for my dryer a month ago. The part I needed works great, however I ordered an additional part I do not need. They state that the return needs to be done within 45 days from the order date. That day is approaching and I can not get hold of anyone on their phone line, 3x I opted for a "save your place in line and call back". It's been 4 days and no call back. I received an email telling me to use the Self Service on the website but that does not work, says to call customer service. I hope they contact me before the 45 days and I can change my rating. The order process was quick and the part was no problem.
