Incredibly life changing! I had a Soul Regression/Retrieval Session via zoom with Stacie after uncovering a repressed childhood trauma in my own meditations at home.
Being a therapist in the same field I was very picky with who to trust to be able to conduct the very heavy work I was requiring at the exceptional levels I was expecting.
I could not have asked for a better therapist to help me through this than Stacie. The powerful effects of Soul Retrieval are not to be underestimated, straight after my session I felt physically and energetically lighter. But most importantly a HUGE block I had been unaware was affecting my relationships, my career and my belief in myself was lifted.
I cannot recommend Stacie enough and will without a doubt be recommending her to any of my clients that I feel would benefit from Soul Retrieval.

Stacey is just simply amazing. I felt strong connection from the 1st moment we meet. Her presence is so calming and put you at ease straight away. It has been an amazing journey so far and I know I have few things still to work on and honestly I can not wait for the upcoming sessions we have planned. 5 stars is an understatement for my experience with Stacie. I felt as if she was a friend i use to know, so familiar, empathetic and great listening skills.
Her Social and Communications skills brought to light new behavior patterns that draw attention to specific progress i am making.

Whilst I have had Reiki sessions before, which were nice, my first session with Stacie at Equilibrium was transformative! As a guy working in the City I have always struggled to open but within minutes I started to let go of years of pent up anxiety and trauma which had been hanging over me. Stacie has an amazing peace and kindness about her and is clearly passionate about helping her clients to feel their best. The London Reiki room was tranquil and homely, which made it the perfect setting for me to open up and let go. I have since had many more sessions and literally feel like a new man! I can not recommend Stacie and Equilibrium Reiki enough.

During lockdown when we couldn't do face to face I was really surprised at how effective our zoom sessions were. Stacie has a calming influence & gave me the space to open up & allow me that chance to express my concerns. I wasn't sure what to expect with the hypnosis but it was incredibly relaxing & definitely works. It's such an easy process and I can't believe how much better I feel after our sessions. I am so grateful to Stacie for all her help and would happily recommend her for hypnosis or counselling sessions. Thank you Stacie!

I have had multiple sessions with Stacie. She has helped me to overcome my phobia with ETF therapy and recently we did soul transformation therapy which was mind blowing experience; it helped me overcome my deep fear and let go of a deep attachment on the subconscious level that led me take my power back in my every day life. A life changing experience. For a long time I was dealing with many issues and trauma from the past, I had tried different kinds of therapies but nothing really resonated with me. Through these practices, meditations and therapies, I started unraveling my own feelings and started seeing a change in my life. I'm really grateful I found this!

I recently had distant reiki/breath work/meditation with the beautiful Stacie & I can't thank/recommend her enough. Having had in person reiki with her in the past & now over zoom I equally felt the benefits virtually. (It was as if Stacie was in the room with me) She is very talented & gifted, I could feel the shift afterwards & the boost/balance in my own energies. It was a very uplifting experience. Again thank you Stacie for the wonderful work you do xXx
