It seems to me that something very wrong is going on at this place. I've been in here 4 times since they switched from being Pierre's and each time has been worse than the last. Some of the students seem very unhappy. Almost all of them seem to be nearly clueless about the most basic things. The last time I got my hair dyed there was a disaster. How could a person who is about to graduate not even know how to wash someone's hair? I was drenched down to my pants. I should have left right then, because what happened to my HAIR was outrageous, and this was right before the holiday, so I was particularly upset by it. These students are obviously not getting the education they are paying for, so I do not blame them in the least. Stay away, both students and customers! I kept giving them a chance, but I've never seen such ineptitude AND then they're very rude if you say anything at all.
