I have never had an MRI done, and this place was so easy and quite efficient, the girls at the front desk were friendly. Alot easier than going to a hospital for the test

I do not recommend this place! They denied my MRI because of my stimulator device. I’ve been there many times!

Had an appointment at 6:30 pm on 11/29/22, got called at 8 am on the same day to cancel it because the MRI tech wouldn’t be there at that time, after I have been waiting 2 weeks for this appointment. I left work at 8:10 to come to an 8:30 appointment, got here at 8:40. I let them know on the phone that I would be running late only because I work in downtown Orlando. Came in did all my check in stuff. Receptionist told me at 9:30 that they had another 45 minutes with the previous patient. It’s now 10:30am and I’m still waiting. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours and will be missing a day of work for an MRI that was scheduled after my work day. I will not be using this place again.

Kat at the front desk is a true testement for customer service. I called in the morning to reschedule due to insurance issues and she immediately took care of reaching out to make sure they had approval and got me in same day. Once I got there both Kat and other girl at the front desk were just awesome. They should both be recognized for the great customer service they provide.

Amazing facility highly recommend!

The team at Emery Medical Solutions was efficient and professional however I am giving three stars (should be lower) because I received a bill but do not have the option to pay online despite their website having no less than 4 links on the main page to "Make Payment Online". I have spoken to the billing department and front reception and was told that online pay is no longer an option or that is it not currently working, not sure which is the truth.

If online pay is not available that is disappointing given that it offers customers a secure method of payment and immediate receipt. Payments over the phone or mail are inherently less secure.

Is it so challenging to remove the online pay links from the website or put an announcement on the website stating that? The statement I received in the mail did not have the Access# that online pay is asking for which tells me they modified the paper statements to account for online pay not being available but couldn't do the same on the website? Suspicious to the say the least.
