Woodpeckers had pecked holes in our cedar siding. EMA came out and gave us estimates for repairing the damage. We made the decision to replace our old cedar with néw Hardieboard siding because it's maintenance free and woodpeckers won't attack it again. They did a fantastic job.

I can only say that I am super impressed with everything about this company and what they did for me. Their prices are reasonable and competitive with other companies, but the ways they worked with me, understood my situation even as the scope of the project changed, adjusted, and completed the job was impressive. The workmanship is as good as any I have seen. The attention to detail and quality materials is excellent as well. The group is great to work with and made everything as easy as could be, as the workers were friendly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend EMA Construction.

EMA Construction did a fantastic job with replacement of four gable vents, removal of old siding, and installation of James Hardie siding. Sue and Tony were responsive and professional at the beginning of the process and Eli was friendly, detail-oriented, and informative on all aspects of his work during the construction phase. We just had James Hardie siding, gutters and a cedar deck installed by EMA Construction. We are very happy we chose them to work with. Everyone we worked with was friendly and accommodating. Communication is excellent. Every time Eddie responded to texts/calls within minutes. Prior to signing the contract the company took time talking to us, explaining every detail and answering our multiple questions.
It started raining heavily during our construction while we were without gutters. Communicated with Eddie. The new gutters got delivered the same day. And installed very quickly. Even though gutters usually come later in the process.
Our crew, Pat and Brian, did an excellent job. Worked hard. Paid attention to every detail. Cleaned up well and respected our property. Found solutions to fit our needs. Very professional! The best!

Given the heavy rain and cold which complicated their work, your man Eli and his men did a marvelous job of installing and painting the HardieBoard and cedar siding on the front of our home. Always neat and attentive to our convenience, they earned for EMA our recommendation to anyone who might need such service.

EMA Construction recently replaced and reworked a significant amount of our existing James Hardie siding. Their team worked very hard from dawn to dusk and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend EMA if you are considering James Hardie siding for remodeling or new construction.
