I thought the service performed in the cremason of my wife was excellent.

My husband of 45 years passed away suddenly, and we were in a great shock. While we were grieving, Einan provided a wonderful assistance in arranging his funeral. They are a truly respectful, professional and compassionate team throughout the whole process. We are grateful to have them by our side when we needed the help.

Einan's went above and beyond while dealing with difficulty family members. My husband's service represented him so beautifully. I am forever grateful!

The Graveside Service was essentially perfect and the assigned Staff was very well prepared and so helpful. I am glad we began our association with Einan's at Sunset back in 1964. Beyond disappointed with choosing to have my mother taken to this place. Please do not go here! They were very quick to keep calling me until they got payment then the service feel off. Took multiple phone calls and text messages to get the death certificates and was even given the wrong tracking number. It was also my understanding that a plastic urn was given with the basic cremation package but ultimately wasn't included and they wanted $50 for a plastic box. After I found this out I then purchased on online and had it sent to them. Well today I got a bill for there cheap plastic box I never even received! Absolutely unreal! Really wish I could go back and could use someone else to handle my mothers cremation! I will be filling a complaint for this ridiculous plastic box bill... Please go somewhere else if you can

Tiffany was integral to and flawless in making our family's service smooth and memorable. Pricing was transparent and no up-selling was ever pushed. She was present and hands-on through the entire service, and even stayed to say goodbye to the last people attending.

There were no funeral plans in place when my dad passed. The entire staff at Einan's were very generous with their time for both funeral and cemetery planning.

They explained every step of the way and allowed us time to talk about what kind of services we wanted. They presented products and options and did not upsell the more expensive items. We picked what we wanted without any pressure.

Nobody wants to go through the the passing and funeral of a loved one. The wonderful people at Einan's were caring, compassionate and above all, very patient with us in this difficult time.

If I could leave a lower review, I would. My 2.5 year old niece passed away and the coroners pulled the gurney up to the back door and just waited outside. Her own father had to put his daughter’s lifeless body over his shoulder and carry her out of the house to them. Then they had no idea what the plan was with her transport and clothes, etc. so my family had to call the manager. No one wants to deal with this after their child dies. These people have no shame.

Sherry B was so wonderful in helping us with our questions and finalizing our plans. Her professional and friendly manner was greatly appreciated.

We were privileged to work with Sherry Bravenec for our future needs. She was responsive and compassionate and made us feel at ease. There was no pressure put on us to make quick decisions and she worked around our time frames. Thank you for making this an experience we feel good about doing.
