Wanted to charge me 550.00 for a battery and install. On a jeep i bought from them 3 months prior.After i put maybe 200 miles on it.They dropped the price down but said it was my fault for not driving enough.ive purchased 5 cars from them previously, if I knew this is how they treat there repeat customers or just customer then I would have never bought one vehicle from them.

Had a five star review from a great initial buying/leasing experience, but I have to say, their customer service in 2021 leaves much to be desired. I called in August to obtain a quote for financing the Ram that we've leased here. Our credit was run, no one ever called or emailed us back. Called again a month ago, and was told "I'll have to call you back, I have 5 people up front I have to help." .... ok, thank you for the honesty. I get it, everyone is short staffed due to Covid staffing. But I've now talked to someone in the finance department once, who ran our credit and never got back (we have great credit), then this person who took my name and phone number and never got back to me, I've sent a message to the business manager through their website as an additional avenue of communication, and left a voicemail with the Director of Financing a week ago, never a call or email back. I understand short staffing, but we're literally begging for help to find options on how to give you our money and business- for months on end. Now we have to go through a site and compare rates from outside banks ourselves and decide who we're going to finance through, simply because we couldn't get a call back... Yikes. -_-

We had a fantastic experience at Eide! Logan (salesman) was extremely friendly and helpful. He made us feel welcome and comfortable right away and even checked in several days after the sale to make sure we were satisfied with our new car. Troy (finance) went above and beyond to help us get the best rate possible on our loan. We saved a lot of money because of his expertise and we are so grateful! The owners of Eide should be very proud to have employees like Logan and Troy, who are truly committed to giving their customers a great experience. We will definitely recommend them both to our friends and family in the future!
