Ehrlich L-25 Kia

Had to pay $3700 in penalties at the OMV because the title was sent from the dealership 8 months late and incomplete.

They offer no help and will ignore you if you ask.

I can't recommend a business that puts customers last, regardless if it is their fault or not.

Very smooth vehicle ordering and purchasing process. I worked with Dominic, and he frequently kept me updated throughout and was always very responsive. I'd definitely recommend him, and i25 Kia, to others!

I highly recommend I-25 Kia dealership, and particularly the salesperson Carlos Rubio, who made the entire buying process very simple, stressless, and efficient.

I purchased the vehicle remotely from out-of-state, due to I-25 Kia being one of the few Kia dealerships not charging a dealer markup on the Telluride. I was able to do all the purchasing paperwork & loan paperwork online, then sign some paperwork that was mailed to me. I really appreciated not receiving any hardsell on the
extras options.

Then when I picked up my vehicle, it was very quick, around 15 minutes, for them to show me the features, and then I was on my way!

I would send anyone wishing to buy a Telluride (or any Kia, for that matter) to Carlos Rubio at I-25 Kia!

I had an amazing experience with i25 Kia. We have been looking for cars for a while and stumbled upon an amazing Kia seltos. Jonah helped guide us through everything and was extremely professional as well as super kind. He made sure we had the best experience. He clarified any questions and ensured that we are informed about the car and other details that are important. We also felt comfortable and everybody helped so much! I'm definitely going to recommend this place to friends and family. If we're looking for a new car, we're definitely going to prioritize I25 Kia as well. They really care about their customers! 10/10 experience and would definitely suggest talking to Jonah, he is well informed and super helpful.

This was my first experience special ordering a vehicle from the manufacturer; Carlos Rubio from i25 Kia couldn't have made it any easier. He provided constant updates throughout the process along with eta and any changes. I was able to finalize all the paperwork along with financing the vehicle before stepping foot onto the dealership; when the vehicle arrived I simply walked in, picked up the keys and drove off. All this without any markups Los Angeles dealers were charging, which is as high as 15K above MSRP. I highly recommend Carlos from i25 Kia.
