My first encounter was bad enough. The sales gave me a price for the initial catching the mice to which I agreed to; then before I could say more he said and you will have an inspection for four quarters after that to assure they are gone for 140± dollars. When the technician came out it turned out it was $140± for every quarter. Or now we are near $1000.00, but I am desperate and they say they will also take care off my ants and any other bugs I might want to eradicate. So technician is very nice who comes out. He sets traps in all the most likely places and is careful not to allow anything to be accessible to the dogs. There is clearly indications that the mice like the return vents so it was easy to hide the traps. Within 6 hours after he left the traps were full so I called the company back.
They supervisor came out with a technician and spent the whole time talking down to me. He kept putting down sticky traps all over the rooms where the dog could get them. I kept saying they could go there and he just shrugged his shoulders. Not only that, not a single mouse was caught on the sticky pads; they were all caught in traps.
Next I was told this process would be useless because the mice were nesting in the attic crawl space. (This was before we checked the attic.) After checking, he assured me that the entire attic was infested and there was no way getting rid of them without a complete cleaning and replacing all the insulation. Hmm just another $2 per square foot (More than $4000!) What do you think?

Service was the quarterly scheduled spray and was fine ..no complaints. However the service tech came into house with no shoe booties/covering and traipsed dirt/mud throughout house. Now that I've finished mopping my hardwoods, I need to call a carpet cleaner...not a happy customer.
