Add ReviewTeresa was a breath of fresh air as I was trying to figure out what car I wanted. From the very first meeting all the way through to signing the docs she really asked all the right questions, listened to what I was looking for, and guided me through the decision making process. I never felt pushed or pressured. She genuinely just wanted me to be happy with my decision. She is a rare gem in the car sales profession. I probably will stay in this family of cars for a long time because I only ever want to deal with her from now on. I love my new Jeep Wrangler!!!!!Report

THESE PEOPLE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU!!!Report
We recently visited Ed Volyles's Service Department on March 5th to program a Key. We were told that our truck had a Recall and needed to be serviced as soon as possible, so we left it there expecting it to be serviced within a week (since they mentioned they had all the parts there). Valente "was supposed to stay in touch with us" to give any updates on the truck, which he failed to do. Therefore, we were never aware that there were parts they were waiting on.
Within those 5 days, they only completed the vehicle's inspection to find out that the truck needed more repairs. We received a detailed estimate of all the parts required to complete these repairs. ( I then went on Mopar to search for these truck parts and did not match anything to the quoted Price.) They ATTEMPTED TO OVERCHARGE AMOUNT THE VALUE OF THESE PARTS!!!
WE ALWAYS HAD TO GO TO THEIR OFFICE TO RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION SINCE NO ONE REACHED OUT TO US DURING THIS TIME. I told Valente we would be taking the truck back without the recalled repairs, he said we would need to sign an agreement before they could release the unserviced truck and that the agreement would take 2 hours to put together. After I told him I would be back to sign, he called me to say the parts had just arrived.... (which seemed like a blatant lie.)
I never heard back from Valente after that call (I left a voicemail)
March 17th - I went back for updates and spoke to the "Office manager," Tanner Jackson; I explained the situation but did not seem to care much or offer anything to resolve the issue.
The customer service here is an 11/10. Everyone from the sales floor to the service department has been so kind and helpful every time I have come in. I love my Jeep and they made my purchase so easy in the middle of my cross country move. I love my Jeep! Thank you!Report
Gabby was amazing to work with! Extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. She made the car-buying experience a seamless one.Report
Nicco is one of the driest and rudest car salesmen that I’ve ever met. While I stood and explained what I was looking for, he sat on his phone playing what looked like candy crush. Didn’t ask my name until he was ready to put it in the computer. I got his name as I walked out, simply to use it for this review.Report
Well it seems that I am working my way through the Atlanta Jeep dealerships looking for a good service department. I had used Ed Voyles a few months ago and I had a good experience. They recently sent me a coupon for service discounts. I had noticed that my 2019 Rubicon was not shifting as it did when it was new. After some research I determined that a preventative maintenance transmission fluid change would be a good first step. I called and spoke with a service writer. She asked me for the vehicle information twice, which I provided. I made an appointment and got an estimate for the fluid change ($239.95).Report
Due to work obligations I sent my wife to drop it off a day early. The service writer there did not know what I wanted done when my wife arrived so in the end I had to speak with him on the phone. He then quoted me $800+ for a filter and pan change but not a fluid change.
I can buy the pan and filter for $132.16 from Mopar. I can do this work, but I wanted the peace of mind that comes from having a dealership do it because it is still under warranty.
All of this was a red flag that things would only get worse so I did not let them do the work. Unfortunately my wife wasted an hour of her time.
If I hadn’t gotten a quote and if I hadn’t called ahead I could accept some of this, but I did everything I could to ensure this would go smoothly.
I will not use Ed Voyles Jeep again.
Ed Voyles do not take responsibility for their work, just grab your money. Simply Ignore your calls and messages. Extremely disappointed with this place. I Had my car, Jeep Compass, two times in this place to fix excessive fuel consumption. I was charged for service twice plus parts and spent close to one thousand dollars. Not only the problem was not fixed, it even got worse. Multiple attempts asking for fixing the problem have gone ignored and unanswered. I simply ask them to stand behind their repair work and make sue is fixed, otherwise refund the money back.Report
